Kevin Grace is Executive Director of Miami Learning Experience School (MLE), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Miami serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A career nonprofit leader and special-education advocate, he oversees programs that deliver full, school-wide experiences—from academics to the arts—so students can learn, create, and thrive. His work at MLE has been recognized locally for fostering a family-like environment where students are celebrated for their abilities and potential. Kevin’s background spans special education, grant writing, fundraising, event planning, strategic planning, editing, and volunteer management. He holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
